About the event
Our Annual Volunteer Symposium brings together Surrey Crime Prevention volunteers and students from local post-secondary institutions who are pursuing careers in public service. Last year's symposium attracted more than 500 participants, offering them unique opportunities to engage with recruiters representing a variety of diverse agencies from across Canada.
The symposium's schedule is designed around two distinct sessions: a morning segment tailored for our devoted volunteers where they are provided a unique individual opportunity to meet recruiters, followed by an afternoon session where students from local post-secondary institutions can interact directly with recruiters.
